New-build Apartments for Cedar House Investments, Clifton, Nottingham

Clifton Triangle is a new retail development in the Clifton area of Nottingham. Letts Wheeler were commissioned by its developers, Cedar House to design a residential building as part of the development. The design was developed to suit the requirements of Nottingham LiviNG, the purchasers of the building.

The scheme provides 24, 2-bed apartments within a single, 3 storey building, split across 2 cores. It occupies a restricted, triangular site at the northern end of the development.
