New-build housing scheme for East Midlands Homes

We worked alongside local housing association East Midlands Homes to design this new-build village extension at Breedon-on-the-Hill. The completed 10-unit scheme provides a mix of 1 and 2-bed houses, bungalows and flats, developed in response to a local Housing Need Survey. The houses are designed to echo the form, scale and materiality of the local village vernacular, arranged loosely around a courtyard.
