New-build Apartment & Live/work Development for Braemore Properties, Nottingham

This development provided a positive contribution to the urban fabric and public realm of Castle Boulevard, a significant route serving Nottingham City Centre. The project is built on the site of a scheduled ancient monument; a series of mediaeval caves dug into the sandstone escarpment at the rear of the site.

The 38-unit scheme consists of a range of innovative types of living and live/work accommodation. Grouped into six buildings the development reflects the scale of the existing Victorian villas along the Boulevard and allows views of the historic caves within the site.
