Graven Hill Passive

Passive Housing for The Graven Hill Development Company, Bicester

Graven Hill is the UK’s first, large-scale development of self-build and custom-built houses planned for a 188 Hec site on the outskirts of Bicester, Oxfordshire. The former Ministry of Defence land has been master-planned to accommodate up to 1,900 new homes.

As part of the masterplan for the project, the development company has planned a number of ready-built schemes, which allow a degree of customisation by purchasers. We worked with housing manufacturer, Beattie Passive to design this terrace of passive housing for the project.
