Custom Build Housing For Beattie Passive, Graven Hill, Bicester

Graven Hill is the UK’s first, large-scale development of self-build and custom-built houses planned for a 188 Hec site on the outskirts of Bicester, Oxfordshire. The former Ministry of Defence land has been master-planned to accommodate up to 1,900 new homes and aims to support, empower and encourage homeowners to build customised homes and create new communities.

We have collaborated with a housing manufacturer, Beattie Passive to develop a series of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom, customisable, low energy housing types for the development.
