New-build classroom blocks for Southend-on-Sea Borough Council

This extension project provided additional classrooms and support spaces to accommodate an increase in pupil numbers at this primary school. The new buildings provided 8 new classrooms, along with an IT suite, offices, educational support and nursery facilities on an already congested site.

The solution required splitting the accommodation into two separate buildings and dividing the work into several phases.
